Ana Blanco is the founder of AY Lean Processes and a Senior Technical Program Manager, MBA, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs.
Ana has delivered multimillion-dollar efficiency improvements, developed nationwide Lean Six Sigma training, and mentored thousands of professionals in leadership and continuous improvement. She has also been recognized as a Technology All-Star, Top Performer, and Innovator for her contributions to corporate excellence.
Beyond the corporate world, Ana is passionate about community impact and mentorship. She has created and delivered workshops for non-profits, women's ministries, and global PMI chapters — blending Lean Six Sigma with leadership and faith-based inspiration. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ana brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to helping organizations, communities, and individuals thrive with excellence and purpose.
